On October 3rd during the Feast of Tabernacles, just 4 days before the October 7 massacre, around 800 Levites sang psalms on the southern steps of the Temple Mount. Jerusalem's Levitical Choir (click to watch) were selected from the tribe of Levi.

Only Jewish men whose fathers were Levites are considered eligible.
