Charleeda
holds a BA in education, served as a minister’s wife for 13 years, and has taught the Bible for over 50 years. From 1998 to 2012, her chief residence was Jerusalem, Israel, where she served as an editor, proofreader, and writer with Bridges for Peace. She also volunteered as a Healing Pools facilitator and discipleship teacher at Kings of Kings Community Jerusalem congregation.
Living in Israel, the epicenter of biblical prophecy, dramatically changed her life, her understanding of the Bible, and has kept her sensitive to God's times.
At the age of 13, she told the Lord, "I'll go wherever you want me to." Besides Israel, she's served in South Korea (1968-70), South Africa (2012, 2014, 2015, 2017), Malawi (2012, 2015, 2016, 2017), and Mozambique (2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017), as well as Kenya and the Philippines.
She has three daughters, seven grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Besides teaching and travel, she loves to read, work puzzles, and play Skipbo, Quiddler, and Spades. Her home base is Evergreen, Colorado.
